Read Isaiah 61:2b, Lamentations 3:22, 3:23, John 16:20, Romans 8:28.

Isaiah is the 4^th book after Psalm, the center of the Bible. Lamentations is the second book after Isaiah. John is the 4th book in the New Testament, with Romans the second book after John.
