Happiness devotion warns God’s children about cravings, or lusts that destroy. It is normal to want things; many desires are wired into our very being by our Creator. Jesus came to earth to demonstrate victorious living by never indulging in wrongful behavior. It is important for God’s children to seek what is eternal, and to live triumphantly in this fallen world.

Read Psalm 37:4, Proverbs 6:25, Galatians 5:17, 1Thessalonians 4:3-4, 1John 2:16.

Psalms is the center of the Bible, with Proverbs immediately following. Galatians is the 4^th book after Acts, the 5^th book in the New Testament. Thessalonians is 4^th book after Galatians, with 1John being the 3^rd to last book of the Bible.
